LBP Stunts Chicago & One and Done Stunts understand the extreme risk of being a professional stunt performer. Our programs offer basic insight & knowledge as the start of a stunt performer, but we do not offer the many vast skills you will need to learn before being a real SAG stunt performer.
Performing a stunt is an aspect of stunt performance that has many layers. Beyond performing in fight scenes, you will have to experience or perform with moving vehicles of all types, machinery of all kinds, heights, weather, potentially dangerous & extreme locations and conditions, etc throughout your career as some examples. These are all risks we face as professional SAG stunt performers day in & day out.
Being able to perform a stunt is one thing, but doing it safely, repeatably, and without injuring yourself or others requires dedication, consistent knowledge and honed skill under extreme circumstances & conditions. Otherwise it's luck, and luck won't save you when you're at risk for severe injury or death.
Always stay sharp! Train hard, but be safe at all times!
LBP Stunts has created a subsidiary program through ONE & DONE STUNTS for non-union & SAG union beginners to start off and learn fight performance basics for Film & TV!
Our focus is on building strong foundational skills that will serve you throughout your career.
Each month will center around a particular performance discipline and the program will allow participants to drill skills to maximize comprehension.
